Puri – Made from semolina (sooji) or wheat flour, deep-fried until crispy
Paani (Spicy & Tangy Water) – Tamarind water is commonly used, spiced with chaat masala, mint, coriander, and green chilies. You can adjust the tangy and spicy level according to taste

Stuffed with – Boiled potatoes and/or chickpeas mixed with spices like cumin, red chili powder, and salt form the basic filling.
